By accessing or using FXChart AI (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

FXChart AI provides artificial intelligence-based analysis of user-uploaded trading charts. The analysis, including but not limited to validation of setups, market structure breakdown, and trade focus insights, is for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial or investment advice.

3. No Financial Advice

All trading involves risk. The information generated by FXChart AI should not be construed as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument. You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on the Service's output. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Ensign Technologies is not liable for any financial losses or damages incurred.

4. User Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information when registering an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree not to upload charts containing illegal content, malware, or sensitive personal information.
  • You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or AI models of the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality (including the UI layout, icons, logos, and algorithms) are owned by Ensign Technologies. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the app for personal use.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

Certain features require a premium subscription processed through third-party platforms (like Apple App Store or Google Play Store via RevenueCat). Billing issues, cancellations, and refunds are subject to the respective app store's terms and conditions.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, particularly if you materially breach these Terms of Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with standard international software distribution laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
